Molly C. Patton-Marsh - President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Molly graduated from Miami University in 2003 with a BS in Organizational Leadership and a double Minor in Promotions Marketing and International marketing. While at Miami, Molly studied abroad in Luxembourg for six months. After graduation, Molly started working in the family business full time. She ran a pest control route for six years and then slowly made her way into the management side of the business. She was President of the Greater Cleveland Pest Control Association (GCPCA) for eight years, and President of the Ohio Pest Management Association (OPMA) for three years, served as the Scholarship Chair for OPMA for many years and was on the Professional Women in Pest Management Committee for the National Pest Management Association for two years. Molly is also on the Board of Directors for Pi Chi Omega which is fraternal organization dedicated to furthering the education and science in pest management. She is also the Bylaws Chair for Pi Chi Omega. Molly is married with two boys. She enjoys being with her family, traveling and shopping!
Lauren Thomas - Executive Assistant
Lauren interned at Patton in the summer of 2023, and after graduating from The Ohio State University with a degree in Psychology and a minor in business, she joined full-time as Molly’s Executive Assistant. In her spare time, Lauren volunteers at Santa’s Hideaway Hollow and WomenSafe, and enjoys reading, gaming, exercising, and expanding her eclectic taste in music. She loves to travel, and has visited thirty-four states, nineteen National Parks, and nine countries. Lauren played clarinet in the Cleveland Youth Wind Symphony and Cleveland Orchestra Youth Orchestra, touring Europe twice.
Lauren kills bugs by stepping on them.
Elizabeth “Liz” Davis - Operations Lead
Elizabeth has been around pest control her entire life - she is the daughter of “Big Dan the Bug Man and has been with Patton Pest Control since 2006. She was promoted to our Operations Lead in 2024. We are very proud to have this smart, sweet, caring, and conscientious person on our team. Elizabeth is a life-long area resident and enjoys spending time with her significant other Dave and their 2 cats, Otis and Oliver. Liz loves to watch and cheer on the Cleveland Browns and is always up for a friendly competition of cornhole and just hanging out with friends on a patio! She brightens up our office each time she comes in the door. She volunteers for the Buddy Walk and Santa’s Hideaway Hollow and is always willing to participate in Patton Pest Control’s outside volunteer activities such as parading as a lady beetle in the Chagrin Falls Blossom Parade and helping with the Special Olympics! Liz received Employee of the Year in 2014.
Amber Benton - Office Coordinator
Amber joined Patton Pest Control in September 2016 as a Customer Care Representative and in fall of 2024 was promoted to our Office Coordinator. She is very family-oriented, kind, responsible, and pays great attention to detail in everything that she does. Outside of the office, she enjoys partaking in all kinds of outdoor activities with her family, including camping, riding four-wheelers, and fishing. She will never say no to a hearty lunch and girls’ day at the spa! Amber received Employee of the Year in 2021.
Angela Barto - Customer Care Representative
Angela joined at Patton in November of 2021 as a CCR. With a passion for life, she continues to inspire others. She has a love for art, music, and nature. She loves to spend time with her children and give back to the community.
Abigail Michener - Customer Care Representative
Abigail joined Patton Pest Control in December of 2021 as a CCR. Her calm and light-hearted demeanor helps set the tone in the office. She is a friendly and kind ambitious person who enjoys swimming, art, and spending time with her pets.
Dan Davis – Senior Certified Technician
Danny joined Patton Pest Control in 1996. Known affectionately as “Big Dan the Bug Man,” Dan is knowledgeable not only about pest control, but is a sort of “Jack of all trades.” He is an expert in rodent proofing, termite work and all other aspects of commercial pest control. He has attended numerous Purdue conferences and has many years of pest control experience. He understands construction and can figure out what may be lurking behind your walls. He is conscientious and he cares. Dan also enjoys all kinds of sports, umpiring and his two children. Elizabeth works for Patton, and his son, Patrick, served our nation in the Army and is currently living in the Dayton area with Dannys two granddaughters. Danny was Patton Pest Control’s Employee of the Year in 2015.
Chris Miller – Senior Certified Technician
Chris started at Patton Pest Control in April of 2001. He has attended many Purdue conferences and is well versed in all aspects of pest control. He likes to be on the cutting edge of innovation and is great at explaining pest biology and its implications. Chris has been on the Board of Directors for the Greater Cleveland Pest Control Association. He has an amazing wife, Michelle, and three beautiful children. Two boys, Brandon and Alex and a daughter, Camryn. Chris loves spending time with his family and fishing in his spare time. He received our Employee of the Year award back in 2017.
Mike Marsh – Senior Certified Technician
Mike started working at Patton Pest Control in April of 2007. He has attended the Purdue University conference numerous times. Mike grew up in Steubenville, Ohio. His family worked in the steel mills, and when they closed and his father passed away, Mike decided it was time for a change of scenery and moved to Cleveland, Ohio. Mike is married with two boys. He enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, camping and riding dirt bikes and four-wheelers. He received Employee of the Year in 2018.
Dominic Robinson – Senior Certified Technician
Dominic started with Patton Pest Control in March of 2010. He is very thorough and diligent in his work. Dominic has attended the Purdue Conferences and loves any additional training he can get his hands on! He received Employee of the Year in 2016 and continues to strive for excellence every day. He lives in Southington with his wife, son, and daughter. Dominic loves to be outside and ride four wheelers, go fishing, and do just about anything with his son. He also loves to watch his daughter perform in all her dance competitions. Dominic is always willing to volunteer and help with any Patton Pest Control activities away from the office.
Aaron McCombs - Certified Technician
Aaron started with Patton Pest Control back in February of 2016. He did not know much about insects or rodents until he started with Patton, but he caught on quickly and learned many aspects of the business. Since joining Patton, he has attended the Purdue University Pest Conferences to further his education. Aaron is also encouraged and loves to learn from his great predecessors he has met at Patton along his journey. His favorite part of his day is visiting with great clients on a regular basis. He continues to keep his pest management license and looks forward to meeting new people and serving new clients. Aaron is dedicated to solving everyone’s pest issues and keeping your home and business pest-free. Aaron was Employee of the Year in 2019.
Ben Modliszewski – Certified Technician
Ben joined Patton Pest Control in 2017 as a self-proclaimed Summer Crew Bee Boy! He started full-time as a Technician in 2021, and in the off-season is working towards a Psychology degree from Kent State University while still working. Ben grew up locally in Chesterland, Ohio, and is a kind, easy-going, detail-oriented individual. In his spare time, he enjoys working on his car, taking walks at local parks, and watching TV and movies after a long day of work.
Kevin Kontorchik – Certified Technician
Kevin started with Patton Pest Control in January of 2019 and is fully certified from the Ohio Department of Agriculture. As he deeply understands the importance of protecting the people and environments you care about most, he takes pride in providing great pest management service. He is dedicated to managing any pest-related issues for both home and residential areas alike so that his customers receive the best service possible. Kevin was Employee of the Year in 2023.
Derrick DeJarnette - Technician
Derrick started at Patton Pest Control in June of 2019 as a Pest Control Technician. He enjoys a wide range of activities outside of work, including fishing, swimming, and checkers. Derrick is kind, friendly, and dedicated to keeping his customers happy! Derrick always lights up the office with his smile.
Mike Crumbaker - Technician
After growing up in Shadyside, Ohio and graduating from Riverside High School in Painesville, Mike joined our Patton family in May of 2022 as a Pest Control Technician. He enjoys all things sports (Go Browns and Go Buckeyes!) and spending quality time with his family.
Tig Rowles - Technician
Tig joined Patton Pest Control as a Technician in June of 2024. He is a work-driven people-person who is friendly, kind, conscientious, responsible, easy-going, and detail-oriented. Tig lives in the Chagrin Falls/Newbury area. In his spare time, he enjoys motorcross racing, all kinds of action sports, and his side job as Super Dad to his son.
Vincent Nice - Technician
Vincent joined Patton Pest Control in August of 2024 as a Pest Control Technician, keeping it local in his hometown of Chesterland, Ohio. In his spare time, he enjoys a wide range of activities, including going to the gym, playing pool, watching boxing matches, and going outside and enjoying nature. Vincent is an ambitious person who is not afraid to take on a challenge!
